Pickup Of Items & Access To Our Nursery

=> When picking up from our nursery, we ask that you respect that this is also our personal place of residence and that all visits to our nursery are to be 

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

=> There are animals and young children living at this address, so we ask that you drive slowly and carefully at all times.

=> Our nursery is a working farm, business and personal residence, there are many dangers on site such as machinery, dams, vehicles and equipment which could cause injury to children and pets. For this reason we ask that all children and pets are supervised at all times and we ask that they stay in the car during their visit unless you seek our permission prior.

Warranty - 

As our plants and trees are living things, we will present them to you at the time of sale to the best of our abilities. We recommend you ask us for inforrmation regarding planting and follow directions on the tree tag to ensure you have the best success. We do not provide any type of warranty once items leave our nursery.

Refunds & Change Of Mind - 

Please choose your plants and trees correctly prior to ordering. If you have any questions or doubts, please contact us to discuss prior to ordering.

We DO NOT provide any Exchange, Return or Change of Mind services once items leave our nursery.

Errors & Ommissions On Our Website
Occasionally there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

It is the buyer responsibility to research each tree or plant prior to purchase to check suitability and growing conditions suit the buyer's application and location.
